Salmon escalfado entomatado
This is a recipe with a very traditional Italian style, very homely, delicious flavor, with only three main ingredients: salmon, tomato and basil. The flavor … delicious !!. Let’s begin:
Ingredients (for 1 or 2 servings):
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves of mashed garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 to 2 salmon fillets
- 250 g Canned tomato
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper the salmon fillets
- Heat in a pan a drizzle of olive oil
- Add garlic and saute for a few seconds
- Place the salmon fillets immediately followed by white wine
- Let cook for 2 minutes
- Add the tomatoes with their juice and let cook for 4 minutes
- Flip the fillets and cook for 2 more minutes
- Ready, serve and sprinkle with basil
- Enjoy
