Salmon escalfado entomatado

This is a recipe with a very traditional Italian style, very homely, delicious flavor, with only three main ingredients: salmon, tomato and basil. The flavor … delicious !!. Let’s begin:

 

Ingredients (for 1 or 2 servings):

  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of mashed garlic
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 to 2 salmon fillets
  • 250 g Canned tomato
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper the salmon fillets
  • Heat in a pan a drizzle of olive oil
  • Add garlic and saute for a few seconds
  • Place the salmon fillets immediately followed by white wine
  • Let cook for 2 minutes
  • Add the tomatoes with their juice and let cook for 4 minutes
  • Flip the fillets and cook for 2 more minutes
  • Ready, serve and sprinkle with basil
  • Enjoy
